Jerry Colonna has written a fantastic post about becoming a leader over on AVC.com.

I’ve probably read this post 3 times so far this week.  My favorite part is the story about the Buddhist saint Milarepa and the cave demons.  It’s a powerful story of self-reflection and as Jerry says, “acknowledging the ways you contribute to [a] problem without descending into pointless self-flagellation adds to the heat beneath the crucible. Without heat, there is no alchemy.”
